Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Garage Interiors of America, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Client,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By signing a service agreement, accepting a quote, or otherwise requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides garage finishing and improvement services, including but not limited to: flooring, storage systems, lighting solutions, cabinetry, wall finishing, and related installations (“Services”). Specific Services, timelines, and fees will be detailed in your written quote, estimate, or service agreement.
2. Quotes, Estimates & Acceptance
2.1 Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Acceptance: A quote becomes a binding contract upon your signature or written acceptance (including electronic acceptance).
2.3 Changes: Any requested changes after acceptance must be documented and may require a revised quote.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon acceptance of the quote.
3.2 Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be required.
3.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Services.
3.4 Late Payments: Overdue amounts may incur interest at 3% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Site Access: You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
4.2 Preparation: You are responsible for clearing vehicles, belongings, and hazards.
4.3 Utilities: You must provide necessary utilities (electricity, water) unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranties & Limitations
5.1 Service Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for 365 days from completion.
5.2 Manufacturer Warranties: Any product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and governed by their terms.
5.3 Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, neglect, natural wear and tear, or external causes is not covered.
6. Liability & Indemnity
6.1 Limitation of Liability: Company liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, drawings, and documentation prepared by the Company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Termination
The Company may terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of these Terms. You remain responsible for all fees incurred up to termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
9.2 Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with your service agreement, quote, and any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede prior understandings.
11. Changes to Terms
